Every country in the world is now party to at least one human rights treaty that addresses health-related rights.

Yet, harmful laws, policies and practices routinely interfere with access to health care and increase vulnerability to ill health, particularly for poor, marginalized and victims of trafficking and exploitation, when they return there are no facilitates for their physical, rational-emotive, social health.

Our work explores the right to health, elimination of discrimination and arbitrary custody, safe working environments, insurance, fight stigma locally and across borders as critical means of achieving health among survivors of Human Trafficking and those in job exportation.
